With the impending spring summer ahead and nice weather (fingers crossed!) I have decided to indulge in the ultimate impule buy and join the ranks of those who embrace the open road... It's a Kymco "People" 49cc scooter!
The bike is super easy to ride, after just a little bit of practice I was already putting around NW and The Pearl District yesterday. The speed tops out at around 45 mph, and no motorcycle endorsement is required due to the engine size. It's perfect for commuting to work and jetting around town when it's not pouring rain!
So in the name of the unfailing pursuit of carpe diem...carpe viam! (seize the road).
Neat, it looks like it would be fun to ride!
